Objectives

• To develop and encourage students to join civil services, military services and diplomatic services, judicial services, journalism,etc.
• Department conducted various Academic visit to University of Mumbai, Savitribai Phule University, Pune , Global Vipshyana Centre ( Pagoda), Samyukta Maharashtra Dalan , Chetyaibhumi , Veer Savarkar Smarak , Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastusangralaya ( Prince of Wales Musium),Get Way of India , Jahangir Art Gallery, Khadi Gramodyog , Mani Bhavan etc..
• Department has conducted Research Methodology: Tools and Tricks competition for Undergraduate Students to develop interst area in research in Humanities and Social Sciences.
• Department conduct Mock Election every academic year, to sustain, secure and save democracy. Its a set practice of department.

• The Department of Political Science is committed to develop spirit of inquiry among students and secular practice in each of its endeavours.
