Training & Placement Cell

Bhavan’s College is committed to its vision of providing holistic, value-based education that integrates academic excellence with skill development, ethical values, and social responsibility. In line with its mission to empower students through quality education, industry exposure, and career-oriented opportunities, the Placement Cell has achieved significant milestones during the academic year 2025–26.

During this period, the Placement Cell successfully facilitated placements for students in reputed organizations such as TNS India Foundation, Net-Tech, Expert-Ease, ICICI Aspire, and Xecuremind Labs. A major achievement was training and the placement of students through TNS India Foundation, along with placements in IT, finance, and skill-based sectors. Several recruitment processes are currently underway, reflecting sustained collaboration with industry partners and a growing trust in the institution’s talent pool.

To strengthen employability and professional readiness, the Placement Cell organized extensive training programmes and workshops in collaboration with leading industry and training partners such as the 4 days Training Programme with SPIT (communication skills, resume building, mock interviews, and group discussions), Pratham Infotech–IBM, Aptech, Cinute Digital Pvt. Ltd., and TNS India Foundation. These programmes focused on IT fundamentals, artificial intelligence, product design, data science. Collectively,students from all the different streams of college benefited from these initiatives, directly supporting the College’s mission of outcome-based and skill-oriented education.

As a major forward-looking initiative, the Placement Cell, in collaboration with the District Skill Development, Employment & Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre, Mumbai Suburban (Government of Maharashtra), has jointly organized the Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Job Fair 2026.

The Job Fair will be held on 17^th February 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Bhavan’s Campus, Munshi Nagar, Andheri (West), Mumbai – 400058 (near Azad Nagar Metro Station). The event is open to SSC, HSC, graduates, postgraduates, in-house and outside students, as well as alumni, and is expected to host around 60 participating companies. This large-scale initiative aims to provide direct employment opportunities, career guidance, and industry interaction on a single platform, thereby significantly enhancing student employability and outreach.

Overall, the achievements of the Placement Cell during 2025–26 strongly reflect the vision of Bhavan’s College to nurture competent, confident, and socially responsible graduates, and its mission to bridge education with employability through structured training, industry collaboration, and inclusive career opportunities.
