Dear students You all are aware that after 12th, for degree BMS is the most popular SFC course where all Commerce, Science and Arts students are eligible to get the admission. From this year Entrance Test is introduced to get an admission in BMS. This CET is Mandatory without which getting admission in BMS is impossible. Tentative Date of Registration for the test is 11th April and Examination will be conducted in May'24. Get yourself registered fast and start preparing for the same.

Endowment | Malabar Gold Scholarship

  • Bhavans College is privileged to get The Malabar Gold Scholarship Scheme which is exclusively for girl students only.
  • Students who are have obtained above 60 th  percentile in the relevant stream are eligible.
  • The scholarship will be granted for the higher education after SSLC/10th standard. The scholarship will suspended, if the scholar is not promoted to the next academic year. Correspondence / distance education students are not eligible to apply.
  • All applications will be subjected to thorough scrutiny and verification and if necessary,additional details will be required to be submitted to substantiate the eligibility of the student for the scholarship.
  • Scholarship will be granted on 'Merit and Means Basis' only. Attested copies of certificates or merit issued by the board/controller of examination pertaining to the qualifying examination, and copy of the income certificate issued by the Revenue authorities should be attached along with the application.
  • Wards of the employees of Malabar Group of Companies , its subsidiary and joint venture companies are NOT eligible for the scholarship.
  • The decision of Malabar Charitable Trust regarding scholar's selection shall to final and no correspondence or representation on the selection process will be entertained Under any circumstances.
  • The Trust reserves the right to reject any application as well as discontinue the scholarship at any time without giving any notice/ assigning any reason.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kozhikode
  • Photocopy of Bank Pass book of the student ( The page having account No and address) must be enclosed.
  • Applications from self financing / un aided / swasraya and parallel / private registration students wil not be accepted for scholarship.
  • Applications from students of Govt: Colleges / schools and aided collages / schools with Govt: Collage / School fee structure only should be accepted.

  • MCT, www.malabarcharitabletrust.org will be opened for online application in the month of Dec every year
  • The filled up applications along with the relevant supporting documents should reach the nearest MGD showrooms

Mandatory procedures for scholarship.

  1. Copy of original marklist
  2. Passport size photo of the applicant should be pasted in the application.
  3. Copy of the ration card for proof of annual family income (Original should be produced at charitable trust , at the time of submitting application ) . Those who do not have ration card can submit income certificate issued by the village authority
  4. Minor accounts are not accepted if the candidate is 18 or above old.
  5. Full name of the applicant (Capital Letter Only) , IFSC Code & Account number as per the pass book should be entered in application form without spelling mistakes.
  6. Declaration form from Principal / Head Of Institutions.
  7. Declaration form from the parents.
  8. All attached documents should be readable.
