The College has a quiet well-maintained, green and lavish campus in the heart of Mumbai city, spreading into 45 acres. A very few institutions in Mumbai are fortunate to have such a vast campus. Furthermore, such a large space in the prime location multiplies its place value. Very spacious and well ventilated classrooms facilitate teaching-learning process effectively. Being constructed way back in 1946, the class rooms are spacious with a large ceiling height ensuring comfortable environment.

The college has well-equipped laboratories for Science subjects with the state-of-the-art machinery to impart the best education for the Under-graduate, Post-graduate and facilitates research in the subjects of Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Computer Science.


The college has also a well-maintained library with a large collection of latest books and journals. It also provides a spacious and separate reading room. A six floor building is constructed to run the self-financing courses which ensure future growth and expansion in the specific streams. The class rooms of the Sister-concerned institutions are also made available in the requisite spell. The college has a separate Administrative Block with modern amenities to provide the best services to the students and staff of the college.

The institute, at present, is sufficiently equipped in terms of physical infrastructure for existing academic programmes and administration. It has the adequate infrastructural facilities for conducting lectures in Arts, Science, Commerce and Self-Financing Courses. The state-of-the-art infrastructure has been built to provide an effective teaching-learning environment.

With a lot of additions and changes in the mode of educational instructions, it is imperative to develop the infrastructure. To maintain the speed with growing demands for higher education, the institute has significantly enhanced the infrastructure to uphold the sustainable educational environment. All classrooms are extensively utilized between 7.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday). Each academic session is framed in such a way that the maximum classrooms are occupied from early morning to evening in each week days. Extra-curricular and co-curricular activities are regularly conducted in the campus to ensure the optimum use of Audio-visual Seminar Hall throughout the year.
